Both the milk and dark bars contain higher than average cocoa solids ensuring the milk chocolate has a smooth texture and creamy taste while the dark bar has a rich and intense flavour.

Every bar is made by a talented team of chocolatiers based in Twynholm, a small village in south west Scotland. The chocolate is made using Barry Callebaut chocolate and has min cocoa solids: 35.5% for milk, 70% for dark.
