We are based in the UK and deliver Worldwide by Royal Mail, UPS or DPD. Postage costs are calculated are determined by the weight of your order once you proceed to the checkout.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and usually arrive at UK addresses within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Orders containing personalised Keep Calm and Carry on products are made to order and take 1-3 working days to dispatch in most cases apart from phone cases which take 2-4 working days and canvas prints 5-14 working days.
Please allow between 5 to 28 days for international deliveries to arrive. International orders maybe liable for an additional import customs duty set by your country based on the value of your order. If our postal carriers deem your area to be a remote location they may charge an addtional fee which is beyond our control.
Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps which You require to take in order for the transaction to be properly processed are as follows:
You place the order for the Products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Google Checkout payments.
At this time orders may only be sent to the card/account holders registered address. Under no circumstances will any order be sent to an alternative address
Keep Calm and Carry On Discount Codes/Vouchers will be issued at the sole discretion of the company to qualifying members of the website. Discount vouchers must be used by the member to whom they were issued and are non-transferable.
A discount voucher may only be used as part payment toward a new order and may not be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to withdraw the use of discount vouchers at anytime without giving notice.
Keep Calm and Carry On voucher codes will be issued to the purchasing customer ‘only’ who must then forward the code to the intended recipient. Once the code has been activated the available credit on that voucher can only be used by the customer who activated it.
Keep Calm and Carry On Customised Products
To use the Keep Calm and Carry On Creator to make your own products you expressly acknowledge, agree and hereby that:
(1) The design submitted must not be offensive, inappropriate or be deemed so in anyway.
(2) Keep Calm and Carry On Ltd reserve the right to cancel any design we deem offensive or inappropriate.
(3) The design or content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, right of privacy, right of publicity or other legal right of anyone or third party.
(4) You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
(5) Keep Calm and Carry On Ltd will not be held liable for any claims, demands or any form of litigation with respect to any of your design or content.
(6) Keep Calm and Carry On customised products are made and produced individually to order. They are not refundable under any circumstances unless deemed to be faulty. If you cancel your order prior to dispatch you will incur a few to cover the cost of the production of the products.
(7) Make it Yourself products may take upto 28 workings days for delivery.
Compliance with Laws
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

If You are not satisfied with Your purchase because they are faulty, return the goods to us together with the original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or credit note of the item price. This does not affect Your statutory rights.
